As a company to product e-bike, having quality control is very important.
First, our workers check the unloaded electric bicycle frames. Then let well-welded electric bicycle frame is fixed firmly to a rotatable base on workbench with lubricant applied to its every joint.
Second, hammer up and down joints into top tube of the frame and insert the stem through it. Then, the front fork is attached to the stem and the handlebar is bolted to the stem with a LED meter on it.
Third, fix the cable on the frame with ties.
Fourth, for electric bicycle, motors are the core component we prepare wheels to connect it. Workers insert E-bike motor into it with a bolt-on kits containing a throttle, speed controller. Use bolts to secure the speed controller to the frame of the bike above the chain.
Fifth, fix whole pedalling system to the frame. And test whether the electric bike pedalling smoothly.
Sixth, we connect the battery to the speed controller and the throttle. Use hardware to attach the battery to the frame and let it connect with the cable.
Seventh, attach the other electronic parts and put electricity through to check their operation with professional tools.
Finally, front LED-lights, reflectors, saddles are packed with the electric bicycle into box.
At last, our quality controller conducts quality check of each bicycle before dispatch. We make sure that there is no defect in the finished electric bikes, as well as the functionality, responsiveness, stress tolerance of our bicycles. After cleaning the well-assembled bicycles, our workers then pack them into shipping boxes with thick and soft plastic coverages to protect our bicycles from physical extrusion.
